Steven's qualifications include Cert IV in Wing Chun Instruction, Cert III and IV in Fitness, Cert IV in Assessment WorkPlace Training, Currently Studying a Degree in Training and Development, Senior First Aid. All of our Instructors hold a Blue Card (working with children safety check). Steven fought in national Karate championships in England for five years before travelling around New Zealand and Australia where he was introduced to Wing Chun Kung Fu . |

| In 2000 Steven began training in the art in the UK and on his return to Australia he trained full time in a course offered by Master Jim Fung's Internation Wing Chun Academy(IWCA). He became an instructor during his first year of the instructors course and in 2002 opened the Palm Beach branch of the IWCA . After training and teaching for 10 years Steven became the senior instructor at Helensvale Wing Chun Kung Fu School. He is now senior instructor at the Wing Chun Association at InSports Sports Centre in Shailer Park. Steven improves his skills by training regularly at the Sunshine Coast Wing Chun school. | |

Seeing a need for self defence skills for his daughter, Neil explored many martial arts schools. He found most impractical and /or aggresive. By chance a Wing Chun school opened up locally and he attended with his daughter for a trial . Both Neil and his daughter were impressed by Wing Chun's simplicity and power.Using the skills taught in Wing Chun one can easily overcome a larger opponent. Since then Neil has trained under the guidance of Senior Instructor Steve and Senior Instructor Andrew and after five years has attained the level of instructor. |
